Hey there and Happy May! May is Mental Health Awareness Month. So, in order to offer you a few more resources….I am giving you another awesome download.

A free mental health planner and workbook PDF. It’s 71 pages. Not all of them will be something that everyone wants, but there’s a lot of good stuff in there.

Illustration of a woman meditating with a lotus flower above her head on the cover of a "mental health planner & workbook" surrounded by an auto draft and floral border.

A reminder that I am not a doctor nor do I play one on the internet. This free mental health planner is being offered as a free resource to give you ideas, but should not be construed as medical advice.

As always, if you or someone you know is in danger or having a mental health crisis, please call 988 in the USA. Or, reach out to your local NAMI chapter.

I also want to add that I acknowledge that many mental health struggles cannot be fixed with a cute little PDF. I am not at all trying to be dismissive of anyone’s real challenges.

It’s just something I can offer in my little corner of the world.

Free Mental Health Planner

Here you go, download it all, but you only have to print the pages you wish to use.

Enjoy all your days, not just May. Let’s work together to erase the mental health stigma.
